October 2008:  Pastor - Spiritual Formation

The Pastor - Spiritual Formation is a key member of Lakeshore St. Andrew’s leadership and teaching team. He/She will oversee and facilitate the development of all aspects of ministry which are designed to assimilate people into the church and into a growing spiritual maturity. This will take into account all levels of spiritual maturity, as well as the varied pathways through which spiritual formation takes place. Guiding the leadership of small group ministries and worship ministries is a key accountability, as is teaching and preaching. The Pastor - Spiritual Formation will be an ordained minister (or candidate), have strong teaching and leadership skills, and will be committed to faith development and spiritual formation.
